In the event of a pricing error on our website Zurie reserves the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and issue a full refund.

Zurie reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. In the event of a cancellation a full refund will be issued.

All shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy which forms part of these Terms of Service. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Zurie is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances outside of our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of ordering.

7. Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy which forms part of these Terms of Service. By placing an order you agree to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy.

All content on the Zurie website including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and product descriptions is the exclusive property of Zurie and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
