We want your Zurie order to reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect.

 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

 

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $[AMOUNT]. Orders below this threshold will have shipping costs calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

 

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to PO Boxes within the United States.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please be aware that international delivery timeframes can vary significantly depending on your country's customs process. We ship all international orders with tracking so you can monitor your package every step of the way.

 

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are entirely outside of our control.

Customs fees and import duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Zurie is not liable for any additional charges incurred after your order leaves our facility. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing your order.

 

Order Tracking

Every Zurie order ships with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time.

If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order please check your spam folder first. If it is still not there contact us at hello@zurie.com and we will look into it straight away.

 

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window please contact us at hello@zurie.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf and keep you updated throughout the process.

In the rare event that your order is confirmed lost in transit we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Zurie is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

If you notice an error in your shipping address please contact us immediately at hello@zurie.com. We will do our best to correct it before your order is dispatched but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
